JPMorgan Abandons Substantial Stake in PolyNovo

JPMorgan Chase & Co., a multinational investment bank and financial services firm, has ceased to be a substantial holder in PolyNovo Ltd (ASX:PNV) as of August 19, 2026. This decision was revealed in a Form 605 lodged with the Australian Securities Exchange on August 21, 2026.

The substantial holding notice was previously submitted on July 27, 2026, dated July 23, 2026. JPMorgan Chase & Co. and its affiliates held an initial balance of 35,727,591 ordinary shares in PolyNovo Ltd at the start of the period.

According to the filing, changes in relevant interests involved four JPMorgan entities: J.P. Morgan Securities PLC, which held 450,000 ordinary shares under securities lending obligations; J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, which held 1,449,319 ordinary shares also under securities lending obligations; and J.P. Morgan Securities Australia Limited, which acquired and sold 523,940 ordinary shares as Principal/Proprietary.
