JPMorgan Bolsters Tech M&A Team with Bank of America Vet David Fishman
JPMorgan Chase has bolstered its technology mergers and acquisitions (M&A) team by hiring David Fishman as vice chair and head of North America tech M&A. Fishman, a veteran banker with over 15 years of experience at Bank of America, will join JPMorgan's leadership and advisory council serving key clients.
According to a memo reviewed by Bloomberg, Fishman will report directly to Chris Grose and Greg Mendelson, the co-heads of technology investment banking, as well as Charlie Bouckaert, the global head of M&A. This strategic move reunites him with former Bank of America colleague Kevin Brunner, who joined JPMorgan last year as global chair of investment banking and M&A.
JPMorgan's Vineet Seth will also become a vice chair and take on a senior role in the technology M&A council. Fishman's extensive experience in technology, media, and telecommunications M&A at Bank of America positions him well to drive growth in JPMorgan's North American tech business.
