JPMorgan Boosts Stake in Intertek to 6.13 Percent
JPMorgan Chase & Co. has increased its stake in Intertek Group, reaching 6.13 percent as of September 30, 2026. The bank's previous holding was 6.03 percent, according to a filing on Investegate. JPMorgan now holds 9,428,900 voting rights in the company.
The latest position includes a slight decrease in direct shareholding, from 1.407230 percent to 0.152294 percent. However, financial instruments, primarily cash-settled equity swaps, now account for 5.973081 percent of the total holding, up from 4.617885 percent.
Intertek Group, a leader in testing, inspection, and certification services, operates in over 100 countries. The company recently announced its 2026 Half Year Results on July 31, 2026, and acquired Mitsui Chemicals' solar laboratory assets in India on April 16, 2026.
On October 6, 2026, Intertek's shares were trading at GBp 5,885.00 on the London Stock Exchange (LSE), near the yearly high of GBp 5,900.00. The stock has risen 67.22 percent from its 52-week low of GBp 3,519.42.
