JPMorgan Boosts Stake in Senior PLC with Significant Shareholder Acquisition

Senior PLC, a UK-based company, has released an update on its shareholder holdings. According to the notification, JPMorgan Chase & Co. has acquired financial instruments in Senior PLC, resulting in a significant increase in voting rights.

The acquisition was made through various subsidiaries of JPMorgan Chase & Co., including J.P. Morgan Securities PLC and J.P. Morgan Markets Limited.

As a result of the acquisition, JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s total number of voting rights has increased to 7,805,103. This represents approximately 5.87% of Senior PLC's voting rights.
