The financial instruments have varying expiration dates and exercise periods. For example, one swap expires on October 15, 2026, while another ends on November 30, 2026. Another swap has an expiration date of March 2, 2027.

JPMorgan Chase & Co's J.P. Morgan Securities PLC is the entity holding the shares on behalf of the parent company.
