JPMorgan Chase & Co. is working to revitalize the Philippine stock market by sharing its expertise from other Asian markets.

The bank's asset management executives, Chang Qi Ong and Nicholas Wong, met with Philippine finance officials, including Department of Finance Undersecretary Maria Angela Ignacio, to discuss ways to boost market liquidity and attract more investors.

JPMorgan is looking at strategies used in Singapore and other regional markets that could be adapted to the Philippines. The goal is to make local stocks more attractive to both retail and institutional investors.
