JPMorgan Chase is expanding its presence in North Texas by leasing a 41,000-square-foot office space at Frisco's Hall Park. The new location will serve as a hub for the company's banking teams and will include a client center offering flexible workspaces and access to on-site amenities.

The move is expected to bring over 100 new employees to the area, with the office set to open in early 2028. This expansion comes in addition to JPMorgan Chase's existing locations in Legacy West and Dallas, which already employ over 17,000 people in North Texas and 32,000 statewide.

Ashley Herbst, head of JPMorgan Private Bank in Dallas and Collin County, emphasized the importance of having a local presence to serve high-net-worth households. Craig Hall, founder and chairman of Hall Group, expressed excitement over welcoming JPMorgan Chase to Hall Park, citing its commitment to creating community-driven workplace environments.
