JPMorgan Chase & Co. has introduced a new investment product called Digital Barrier Notes Linked to the Least Performing of the Dow Jones Industrial Average, the Nasdaq-100 Index, and the Russell 2000 Index.

The notes are designed for investors seeking a fixed return of 11.85% at maturity if the Final Value of the least performing index is greater than or equal to its Barrier Amount.

The notes have a pricing date of September 18, 2026, and an original issue date (settlement date) on or about September 23, 2026. The maturity date is March 23, 2028.

The barrier amount for each index is 65% of its Initial Value, which was $33,593.716 for the Dow Jones Industrial Average, $19,268.7105 for the Nasdaq-100 Index, and $1,859.2574 for the Russell 2000 Index.
