JPMorgan Chase Issues Auto Callable Dual Directional Buffered Equity Notes Linked to S&P 500<sup>®</sup> Futures Excess Return Index
JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC has issued Auto Callable Dual Directional Buffered Equity Notes linked to the S&P 500® Futures Excess Return Index. These notes are designed for investors who want early exit prior to maturity at a premium if the index level is at or above the Call Value on the Review Date.
The notes have a minimum denomination of $1,000 and integral multiples thereof. They were priced on September 16, 2026, and are expected to settle on or about September 21, 2026. The notes will mature on September 21, 2028.
Investors should be aware that the notes involve a number of risks, including the risk of losing up to 80% of their principal amount at maturity. Additionally, if the notes are automatically called, investors will not benefit from certain features that provide returns based on the index level at maturity.
