JPMorgan Chase Issues Capped Dual Directional Buffered Return Enhanced Notes
JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC has issued a new type of investment product called Capped Dual Directional Buffered Return Enhanced Notes. These notes are designed for investors seeking a capped return of 2.00 times any appreciation or a capped, unleveraged return equal to the absolute value of any depreciation of the least performing of the Dow Jones Industrial Average, the Nasdaq-100 Index, and the S&P 500 Index.
The notes have a principal amount of $1,000 each and are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co. Payments on the notes are not linked to a basket composed of the indices but rather to their individual performance. The notes are also unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of JPMorgan Financial.
Investors should be aware that they will forgo interest and dividend payments and may lose up to 80% of their principal amount at maturity if any index falls below its initial value by more than the buffer amount of 20%. The estimated value of the notes was $967.10 per $1,000 principal amount note.
The notes are priced on August 21, 2026, and are expected to settle on or about August 26, 2026. They will mature on August 24, 2029. The CUSIP for the notes is 46661KJN9.
