JPMorgan Chase Launches Buffered Digital Notes Linked to Dow Jones, Russell 2000, and S&P 500
JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC has introduced Buffered Digital Notes Linked to the Least Performing of the Dow Jones Industrial Average, the Russell 2000 Index, and the S&P 500 Index. These notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The notes offer a fixed return of 8.00% at maturity if the Final Value of the least performing index is greater than or equal to its Initial Value or is less than its Initial Value by up to 20.00%. However, investors should be willing to forgo interest and dividend payments and potentially lose up to 80.00% of their principal amount at maturity.
The notes are priced on September 15, 2026, and are expected to settle on or about September 18, 2026, with a minimum denomination of $1,000 and integral multiples thereof.
