JPMorgan Chase & Co. has launched a new structured investment product, the Digital Barrier Notes Linked to the Least Performing of the Dow Jones Industrial Average, the Nasdaq-100 Index, and the Russell 2000 Index.

The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co. and have a principal amount of $1,000 per note, with a minimum denomination of $1,000 and integral multiples thereof.

Investors seeking a fixed return of 8.00% at maturity will be rewarded if the Final Value of the least performing index is greater than or equal to 60.00% of its Initial Value, known as the Barrier Amount.

However, investors should be aware that they may lose some or all of their principal amount at maturity if the Final Value of any index falls below its Barrier Amount.
