JPMorgan Chase Launches Uncapped Digital Barrier Notes Linked to EURO STOXX 50, S&P 500, and Russell 2000
JPMorgan Chase & Co. has announced the issuance of Uncapped Dual Directional Digital Barrier Notes linked to the performance of three major stock market indices: the EURO STOXX 50, the S&P 500, and the Russell 2000.
The notes are designed for investors seeking uncapped exposure to any appreciation of the least performing index at maturity, subject to a contingent minimum return of at least 68.50% (Contingent Digital Return). If the Final Value of each index is greater than or equal to its Initial Value, investors will receive a payment based on the greater of the Contingent Digital Return and the Least Performing Index Return.
Alternatively, if the Final Value of any index is less than its Initial Value but greater than or equal to 70.00% of its Initial Value (Barrier Amount), investors will receive a payment equal to the Absolute Index Return of the Least Performing Index, with an effective cap of 30.00% on their return at maturity.
Investors should be aware that these notes are unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC, which are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co. Payments on the notes are not linked to a basket composed of the indices, but rather to their individual performance.
The notes will price on or about October 2, 2026, and settle on or about October 7, 2026. Minimum denominations for these notes are $1,000 and integral multiples thereof.
