JPMorgan Chase Launches Uncapped Dual Directional Digital Barrier Notes Linked to MSCI Indices
JPMorgan Chase & Co. has launched a new financial product called Uncapped Dual Directional Digital Barrier Notes Linked to the Lesser Performing of the MSCI EAFE Index and the MSCI Emerging Markets Index. The notes are designed for investors seeking uncapped, unleveraged exposure to any appreciation of the lesser performing index at maturity, subject to a contingent minimum return of at least 60.00%. They also offer a capped, unleveraged return equal to the absolute value of any depreciation of the lesser performing index at maturity (up to 25.00%) if the Final Value of each Index is greater than or equal to 75.00% of its Initial Value.
The notes are expected to price on or about September 25, 2026, and settle on or about September 30, 2026. They will mature on September 30, 2031, unless a market disruption event postpones the Observation Date or an acceleration event accelerates maturity. The minimum denomination is $1,000 and integral multiples thereof.
The estimated value of the notes would be approximately $938.00 per $1,000 principal amount note if they priced today. However, this estimate will change when the terms of the notes are set.
