The direct share-backed portion surged from 1.685753% to 3.566013%, while the financial instruments portion declined from 4.848771% to 3.088375%. This change reflects a restructuring of exposure rather than a simple increase in holdings.
J.P. Morgan Securities PLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of JPMorgan Chase & Co., directly holds 3,211,649 shares in Future plc as direct voting rights, representing 3.566013% of issued share capital. The largest individual swap position covers 1,056,154 voting rights expiring on July 30, 2027, making it the most significant derivative holding in the notification.
