JPMorgan Chase is partnering with Bronx Community College to provide students with essential financial skills and protect them from fraud. The Money Smart Financial Workshop aims to educate students on recognizing common scams, including fake online shopping deals, loan forgiveness offers, and remote job scams designed to steal personal or banking information.

According to Eliana from JPMorgan Chase, students should be cautious when responding to unexpected emails or text messages. 'Verify who is contacting you and never share sensitive information like passwords, PINs, or banking details,' she warns.

The workshop also offers monthly sessions at local Chase branches in the Bronx for further guidance on managing finances and securing their financial future.
