JPMorgan Hires BofA Vet Fishman for Tech M&A Role

JPMorgan Chase & Co. has made a significant move in its technology mergers and acquisitions business by hiring David Fishman from Bank of America Corp.

Fishman, who is based in New York, will assume the role of vice chair and head of tech M&A in North America.

In addition to his new responsibilities, Fishman will also be part of a newly formed technology M&A leadership and advisory council that will serve JPMorgan's most important clients in the sector.
