JPMorgan Issues Auto Callable Notes Linked to Constellation Energy Corporation
JPMorgan Chase & Co. has issued a new type of financial instrument called Auto Callable Contingent Interest Notes Linked to the Common Stock of Constellation Energy Corporation.
The notes are designed for investors who seek a Contingent Interest Payment with respect to each Review Date, as long as the closing price of one share of the Reference Stock is greater than or equal to 50.00% of the Strike Value, which is $131.73.
The notes will be automatically called if the closing price of one share of the Reference Stock on any Review Date (other than the first and final Review Dates) is greater than or equal to the Strike Value.
The earliest date on which an automatic call may be initiated is March 22, 2027. Investors should be aware that they are taking on significant risk, including the possibility of losing a substantial portion or all of their principal investment and the potential for no Contingent Interest Payment to be made with respect to some or all Review Dates.
