JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC has issued market linked securities tied to the lowest performing stock among three underlying equities.

The securities are linked to common shares of RBC Bearings Incorporated (RBC), Sterling Infrastructure, Inc. (STRL), and Mueller Industries, Inc. (MLI) and have a principal value of $1,000 each.

If on the call date (October 5, 2027) the lowest performing stock closes at or above 80% of its initial price, investors will receive their principal plus a minimum call premium of 28.00%.

The securities are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co., and payments are subject to the credit risk of both the issuer and the guarantor.
