JPMorgan Launches Auto Callable Yield Notes Linked to Micron Technology Stock
JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC has launched Auto Callable Yield Notes Linked to the Common Stock of Micron Technology, Inc. (MU) due October 21, 2027.
The notes are designed for investors seeking a higher interest rate than conventional debt securities with the same maturity issued by JPMorgan Chase & Co. The notes will pay 24.60% per annum interest over their term, assuming no automatic call, payable at a rate of 2.05% per month.
The earliest date for an automatic call is March 16, 2027. To initiate the call, the closing price of one share of Micron Technology, Inc. must be greater than or equal to its Initial Value on any review date other than the final review date. The notes are unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC, which are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
