The disclosure was made on August 24, 2026, four days after JPMorgan crossed the threshold on August 20, 2026.

JPMorgan's total combined position stands at 5.027488% of voting rights, with only 0.003351% stemming from direct share ownership and the remaining 5.024137% coming from cash-settled equity swaps managed through J.P. Morgan Securities PLC.

The swaps have expiry dates ranging from September 30, 2026, to July 24, 2031, with the largest individual positions expiring on December 23, 2026, and August 23, 2027, accounting for 1.266799% and 0.670948% of voting rights respectively.
