JPMorgan has increased its stake in Pinewood Technologies to 6.16% from 5.496%, according to a regulatory filing.

The bank's holdings were boosted on August 24, with notification made today.

JPMorgan now holds 3.608% of voting rights attached to shares and 2.557% through financial instruments, representing a total of 7,095,194 voting rights in the company.

These financial instruments include cash-settled equity swaps with expiration dates ranging from September 30, 2026 to July 25, 2033.
