Kirloskar Ferrous Appoints Ajay Patil as Joint MD

Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited has appointed Ajay Patil as Joint Managing Director for a three-year term from September 21, 2026 to September 20, 2029.

Patil brings 36 years of experience in business strategy, profitable growth, corporate governance, capital allocation, enterprise transformation, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and risk management to the role.

He has held senior leadership positions at RSB Transmission India, a Bain Capital portfolio company, as well as Cummins, Honeywell, and Eaton, with responsibilities spanning Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, the Americas, and global operations.
