Korean Air has finalized its record-breaking order for 103 Boeing aircraft, valued at USD 36.2 billion, making it the largest contract in the airline's history.

The package includes 20 777-9s, 25 787-10s, 50 737-10s, and eight 777-8 Freighters. The signing ceremony took place on September 15 in Seoul, with top executives from Korean Air, Boeing, and CFM International in attendance.

The order is seen as a testament to the trust and unbreakable alliance between the United States and South Korea, according to Walter Cho, chairman and CEO of Korean Air. The aircraft will replace existing fleet and be used for growth, focusing on more destinations in the US and Latin America.
