Kosmos Brings Risk Detection and Root Cause Analysis to Where Teams Already Work

Kosmos has launched a new integration with Slack that brings risk detection and root cause analysis directly into channels where support and engineering teams already work.

The integration lets teams review evidence, confirm or dismiss risk events, and track root cause analysis without switching tools.

Kosmos connects signals across various systems, including customer cases in Salesforce, code changes in Jira and GitHub, and service incidents from observability platforms. The platform correlates those signals to surface potential risk events and structured root cause.

According to CEO Sanjay Gidwani, the integration extends the human-in-the-loop model to where teams already work, making it easier for them to make decisions without constantly monitoring another application.
