Kreizac Revenue Falls 4%, PAT Rises Amid Travel Disruption
Kreizac Limited reported a decline in first-quarter revenue as seasonal weakness, a less favorable university mix, and travel disruption weighed on results.
The company's stock fell 2.11% to $191.74 after the quarterly earnings announcement, leaving it below its 52-week high of $387.95 and closer to the lower end of its trading range.
Revenue from operations declined by 4% year-over-year to INR 2,012 million in Q1 FY2027, while constant-currency revenue grew about 4%, indicating underlying demand was firmer than the headline decline.
The company's profit after tax (PAT) rose 2.9% to INR 471 million, helped by its asset-light model and cash generation. Kreizac's management stated that FY2027 should be broadly in line with FY2026, with Q2 under pressure due to international travel disruption and widespread flight cancellations.
The company continued to expand beyond the UK through acquisitions and investments in education financing, visa preparation, and other services. It processed 1.04 lakh applications in the quarter and ended with 4,751 student enrollments, up 15% from a year earlier.
