Levant Corner Store Hosts Customer Appreciation Day with Free Sodas and Raffle

The Levant Corner Store in Maine is hosting a Customer Appreciation Day event this Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The event features free hot dogs, a bounce house, and a raffle for the chance to win Boston Red Sox tickets.

Guests can receive a free Coca-Cola by hugging a specialty vending machine, known as the 'Hug Machine', which is on loan from Coke.

The store's General Manager, Lance Allard, said that they wanted to offer regular customers some relief amid rising costs, noting 'Personally, it’s great. I know half the people that walk through the door. It’s just good to see people I know and help them out. Just with the price of everything nowadays, everybody needs a little hand.'

Throughout the day, 10 cents from every gallon of gas sold will benefit the Christine B. Foundation in Bangor to support local cancer patients.
