Live Nation Expands AI-Powered Fan Support Across US Concert Venues
Live Nation Entertainment is expanding its use of Salesforce's AI-powered Agentforce platform across US concert venues. The company has seen success with a pilot program at BottleRock Napa Valley, where an AI assistant named Melody handled over 37,000 interactions and 17,000 customer service sessions during a 12-day period in September 2026. This resulted in 85% of fan requests being resolved within three responses.
Melody, which is integrated into Salesforce's Service Cloud and Data Cloud, utilizes a unified architecture called Venue Agent to provide location-specific details without requiring custom bots for each facility. If a query falls outside programmed parameters or a user requests human assistance, the system routes the conversation through Slack to a live engagement team.
According to Live Nation executive Jon Glickstein, 'The best technology makes the live experience feel easier.' He emphasized that the goal of Venue Agent is to provide fast and reliable answers 24/7 for fans planning their night or navigating the venue. The system has been deployed across US venues following a successful trial run.
