The logistics technology sector has seen four acquisitions worth $100 million or more in the past year, with one deal reaching a disclosed value of $1.4 billion.

Brady Corporation's acquisition of Honeywell Productivity Solutions & Services for approximately $1.1 billion is the largest single deal this year, while Global-e Online acquired Passport Global for up to $425 million in upfront and earnout payments.

The sector has seen a significant decline in disclosed deals compared to previous years, with only four disclosed deals in 2025-2026 compared to eleven in 2024-2025.

Many of the largest deals have been executed without disclosing pricing information, with around 40 acquisitions having no published price this year. Some notable deals include Toyota Industries acquiring IHI Logistics & Machinery for an undisclosed amount and Ingka Group (IKEA) purchasing Locus for terms not disclosed.
