Mars Incorporated has partnered with Google Cloud to deploy Gemini Enterprise as its primary AI operating system for its global workforce. This strategic move aims to empower Mars' Associates with sophisticated AI assistants, enabling them to work more efficiently and creatively across various segments.

The partnership will provide Mars' teams with a unified search platform, allowing them to access decades of company knowledge and reducing manual research to a streamlined process. Gemini Enterprise will also enable the creation of custom AI agents tailored to specific needs, ensuring that every tool built is secure, compliant, and grounded in Mars' core principles.

The rollout of Gemini Enterprise across Mars' global organization will continue throughout 2026, building on a long-standing partnership between the two companies dedicated to digital transformation and responsible AI use. The deployment will start with One Demand and Employee Productivity, aiming to enhance how some teams operate and accelerate growth pillars such as innovation, brand building, and end-to-end sales execution.

Mars' global head of digital technologies, Marina F. Bellini, emphasized the company's focus on unlocking its Associates' potential through digital investments, stating that the partnership with Google Cloud strengthens their proprietary AI platform, Mars IQ.
