Marvell and Nvidia Cash In on AI Boom with Skyrocketing Revenue
Marvell Technology (MRVL) and Nvidia (NVDA), two prominent companies in the artificial intelligence sector, have seen significant revenue growth over the past few quarters. According to their financial reports, Marvell's revenue has increased from $1.3 billion in Q3 2024 to $2.4 billion in Q2 2026, while Nvidia's revenue has grown from $30.0 billion in Q3 2024 to $81.6 billion in Q2 2026.
Nvidia's dominance in the AI semiconductor chip market is evident from its significantly higher sales totals compared to Marvell. However, both companies have seen quarter-over-quarter sales growth, indicating the growing demand for their products in the AI ecosystem. The Japanese government's partnership with Nvidia to launch a national infrastructure project dedicated to AI is a recent example of the company's central role in this sector.
Marvell, on the other hand, has been described as one of the 'picks and shovels' of the AI era, providing key components that are finding customer adoption. Its consistent sales growth indicates demand for its solutions is growing. The company's stock price has also seen a significant increase, reaching a 52-week high of $329.88 in June after it was added to the S&P 500 index.
