Marvell Stock Predicted to Reach $2 Trillion Market Cap by 2033
Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang has predicted that Marvell will be the next trillion-dollar stock. The company's share price, which opened at $87 in 2026 and briefly reached over $300, has already shown significant growth.
Marvell is a fabless designer of networking silicon that has transitioned into a data center infrastructure business during the AI revolution. Its custom silicon designs are attractive to hyperscalers like Amazon, Microsoft, Alphabet, and Meta Platforms, which prefer not to rent compute from Nvidia and AMD.
Nvidia's $2 billion investment in Marvell as part of a strategic collaboration has helped integrate Marvell's custom XPUs and networking equipment into Nvidia's racks. Alphabet has also partnered with Marvell to develop products around Google's Tensor Processing Units (TPUs).
Analysts estimate that the market for custom AI processors and chips will reach $300 billion by 2030, while the global optical-module market is expected to grow from $68 billion to $148 billion by 2028. Marvell's revenue has already shown significant growth, with a record $8.2 billion in fiscal 2026 and a 46% increase in its data center business.
