Mate Rimac Delivers LEGO Bugatti Set in a $3 Million Chiron

Bugatti CEO Mate Rimac, known for his engineering prowess and passion for hypercars, has made headlines once again, not just for his work with electric vehicles but for his love of LEGO. When LEGO released a Technic version of the Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport, Rimac decided to celebrate the launch in a unique way. He personally delivered three of the sets to children in his hometown of Zagreb, Croatia, using a real, full-scale $3 million Bugatti Chiron as the delivery vehicle.

The 771-piece LEGO Technic set is a detailed replica of the Chiron Pur Sport, featuring working steering, a replica of Bugatti’s iconic W16 engine, opening doors and hood, and precise bodywork. The set also includes a code for a digital version of the car in the game Asphalt Legends, available on multiple platforms. Rimac and LEGO shared the delivery moments on Instagram, showcasing the excitement of the kids who got to see the ultra-rare hypercar up close.

The LEGO Technic Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport set is currently available on Amazon at a 20% discount, marking an all-time low price. For fans of Bugatti and LEGO, there are additional collaborations available, such as the Speed Champions Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo and the Technic Bugatti Bolide Racer, though these likely won’t come with a personal delivery from Rimac.
