McDonald's Philippines Ensures Safety with M Safe Program
McDonald's in the Philippines has adapted to the changing times by prioritizing safety and cleanliness during the pandemic. The company has implemented its M Safe program, which includes health checks for employees, mandatory face masks, and enhanced sanitation protocols in stores.
The program also includes new safety measures for dine-in, take-out, and delivery, such as temperature checks, no-touch policies, and cashless transactions. For dine-in customers, a 'no mask, no entry' policy is followed, and temperature checks are required upon entry.
Inside the restaurant, customers must follow floor markers to maintain proper physical distancing, and counter shields, table shields, and table markers have been installed to guide them. A Safety Manager is also present to offer hand sanitizer every 30 minutes and ensure that safety rules are followed.
