Liskeard town councillors will consider two new applications linked to the proposed McDonald's restaurant on Tencreek Farm site.

The applications are for signage, including externally and internally illuminated signs, which would be part of the development that was conditionally approved in December 2025 by Cornwall Council. The existing restaurant plans include employment units, a drive-through, coffee shop with drive-thru, electric vehicle charging facilities, access roads, parking, and landscaping.

The Tencreek scheme has a lengthy list of conditions covering highways, drainage, ecology, landscaping, contamination, and construction management. Improvements to pedestrian links towards the Bubble Retail Park and upgraded crossings around the A390 roundabout are also required.
