Melania Trump Promotes AI Education for US Students

First Lady Melania Trump visited Mountain View Elementary School in North Carolina on September 15, 2026. During her visit, she met with students and urged them not to fear artificial intelligence. In fact, she believes that AI is a key part of the future, and the US needs to lead in its development.

As part of her visit, Trump announced a partnership between Nvidia and the Ashe County School District. Nvidia will provide 1,500 students with four-year subscription licenses for StudyFetch, an AI tool designed to help students learn and create. Additionally, the company will donate 100 Jetson Nano Developer Kits to allow students to experiment with robotics.

Trump emphasized that she wants students to 'dream big' and use AI tools to build something new and innovative. She even suggested that one of them may create a robot worthy of display at the White House.
