Salesforce's stock (CRM) fell by 2% on Monday to around $228, following Meta's launch of its new enterprise AI business, Meta Enterprise Platform.

META's CEO Mark Zuckerberg described the platform as 'the next major pillar' of the company's business, which will help businesses use AI to grow and transform in new ways.

The Meta Enterprise Platform will initially focus on bringing the company's full technology stack to businesses and developers to help them grow. This includes tools like Muse Agent, Meta Business Agent, and Muse API.

Analysts have said that Salesforce remains well-positioned to monetize its AI tools, including selling additional user seats/licenses for its customer relationship management software suite.
