One important reminder is to pay attention to the 'Pending delete' label on documents in Google Drive. This label appears when a document has been shared by an employee or student who is no longer with the university, whose account will soon be deleted. It's crucial to check regularly for these labeled documents and take action accordingly.

The IT Services department recommends scheduling regular time to review documents with the 'Pending delete' label. This includes alumni who have graduated recently, graduate students who have left, and staff and faculty who have departed the university.
