The decision to bring this aircraft to MSFS 2020 was reportedly made by Microsoft to show their commitment to the platform, which will continue to receive near-monthly updates until 2028. The new 737 MAX 8 is a first-party airliner arriving in the six-year-old sim, and its price of $19.99 is significantly lower than other options available.
