Microsoft Edge Hit with Multiple Vulnerabilities
The Hong Kong Computer Emergency Response Team Coordination Centre has disclosed multiple vulnerabilities in Microsoft Edge.
The vulnerabilities, identified as CVE-2026-58616 to CVE-2026-79299, affect versions of Microsoft Edge prior to 152.0.4191.53 and pose a medium risk to users.
According to the report, remote attackers can exploit these vulnerabilities to trigger denial-of-service conditions, elevate privileges, bypass security restrictions, disclose sensitive information, execute arbitrary code remotely, impersonate users, or manipulate data.
