Microsoft Exec Sells Renovated Hawaii Beachfront for $6.65 Million

A former Microsoft executive has sold her Hawaii beachfront home for $6.65 million, according to Coldwell Banker Island Properties.

The property, located in South Maui, occupies one of fewer than 100 Pacific Ocean-front homesites on the island and features a gated setting, raised lot, and complete high-caliber renovation.

The couple who purchased the home in February 2020 for $3.65 million 'completely transformed' it into 'one of the most thoughtfully finished homes on Maui', the brokerage said.

Following the purchase, Denise Rundle and Jeffrey Leach completely renovated the property, which now features a main house with 3,750 square feet, two living rooms, an office, a kitchen with a dining nook, three en-suite bedrooms, and a studio above the garage providing additional guest space.
