Microsoft Executive Jordi Ribas Joins Sprinklr Board

Sprinklr, the AI-native platform for Unified Customer Experience Management (Unified-CXM), has announced that Jordi Ribas, Ph.D., will join its Board of Directors on August 17, 2026. Ribas is currently the President of Search & AI at Microsoft Corporation.

Ribas has been with Microsoft for over 26 years and has led the product, engineering, and growth teams for Microsoft Bing and the Web IQ search engine for agents. He was part of the team that launched the original Copilot at Microsoft, a foundational technology for generative AI at the company.

Ribas holds an Enginyer Tecnic degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Escola d'Enginyeria La Salle, Barcelona, Spain, as well as master's and Ph.D. degrees from the University of California, Irvine and the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor respectively.
