Microsoft Rus LLC, a bankrupt subsidiary of Microsoft Corporation in Russia, is auctioning off its debts and equipment to pay off outstanding liabilities.

The company has scheduled two auctions for September 30, with a total initial price exceeding 3.8 billion rubles. The first lot concerns the right of claim to Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited on the basis of a contract of assignment for services, valued at over 1.5 billion rubles but being sold for 1.4 billion rubles.

The second lot involves the right of claim to Microsoft Global Finance based on a general loan agreement, with an initial price of 2.4 billion rubles. Additionally, four Lenovo laptops are up for sale.

This is not the first time Microsoft Rus LLC has put its property up for auction; previous attempts failed due to a lack of bids, resulting in a 10% reduction in price.
