Microsoft Unveils AI-Powered Tool to Poach Salesforce Customers with Dynamics 365

Microsoft has released an AI-powered tool called Dynamics 365 Activate to help enterprises migrate from Salesforce to its own CRM platform, Dynamics 365. The tool analyzes a company's Salesforce data and processes to identify what needs to be migrated, changed, or redesigned before implementation.
