Moana Sails to Top of UK Home Entertainment Sales Chart

Disney's live-action adaptation of Moana has reached number one on the Official Chart, the UK's weekly home entertainment sales chart. The film, which stars Dwayne Johnson and Catherine Laga'aia, earned $321.9 million at the global box office before hitting digital retail channels on September 8.

The movie displaced Disney's Toy Story 5 from the top spot, with Toy Story 5 dropping to number four in its fourth week on the chart. Warner's Supergirl rose six spots to take second place, while Universal's Obsession dropped one spot to third.

Other titles that appeared on the chart include Lionsgate/Universal's Michael, which slipped to fifth, and Practical Magic, an original movie from Warner, which rose five spots to sixth. The Super Mario Galaxy Movie from Universal dropped four spots to tenth place in its 17th week on the chart.
