Nakad Leaves Macca's for Coca-Cola Senior Role
Amanda Nakad, McDonald's marketing director for nearly nine years, is leaving the QSR chain to take on a new role at Coca-Cola as senior marketing director.
Nakad has been with McDonald's since 2014, starting as group brand manager before rising to become its marketing director.
In an interview with B&T, Nakad expressed gratitude for her time at McDonald's and the team she worked with, stating 'I'm leaving Macca's with a huge amount of gratitude, especially for the incredible team I've had the privilege of working with, they're what I'll miss most.'
Nakad will take a break before starting at Coca-Cola in October and also step down from her role on the board of Ronald McDonald House Charities GWS.
