Navellier Slams Circular Financing Fears: Nvidia Dominance to Drive Stock
Louis Navellier, a seasoned market expert with over 46 years of experience, has dismissed concerns about Nvidia's (NVDA) circular financing deals. He believes these moves are a sign of Nvidia's dominance in the artificial intelligence space and its ability to assert pricing power.
Navellier argues that the narrative surrounding Asia's growing influence in tech is false, and the U.S. remains the leader in AI. He points out that the current backlog in data center construction is due to memory and computing restrictions, not a lack of demand from companies like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Grok.
Nvidia's largest holding, Navellier has no intention of selling the stock and predicts it will reach $300 by the end of this year and at least $500 by 2030. His stock grading system rates NVIDIA as a C, with a fundamental grade that changes each quarter and a quantitative grade that changes daily.
Navellier also warns against investing in companies like Tesla (TSLA) and SpaceX, citing disappointing earnings reports and lackluster financials. He notes that the market has little patience for companies that fail to deliver strong sales, earnings, and guidance.
