NetraMark Bolsters Board with Pharmaceutical Veteran Dr. Keith M. Fournier

NetraMark Holdings Inc., a clinical intelligence company using AI-powered precision analytics in pharmaceuticals, has strengthened its Board of Directors with the appointment of Dr. Keith M. Fournier, PhD, RAC.

Dr. Fournier is a veteran pharmaceutical executive with over 20 years of global drug development, regulatory strategy, and portfolio leadership experience across AbbVie, Merck KGaA, AstraZeneca, and Abivax.

He currently serves as Senior Vice President, Head of Regulatory Affairs at Abivax, leading the company's regulatory organization and strategy supporting its pipeline. Dr. Fournier has also held senior leadership positions at AbbVie, where he led cross-functional strategy for VENCLEXTA (venetoclax) programs across hematologic and solid tumors.

NetraMark CEO George Achilleos said Dr. Fournier's experience will add significant value to the company as it expands its relationships with drug developers. 'Keith brings a deep understanding of how pharmaceutical companies evaluate clinical evidence, make development decisions, and interact with regulators,' Achilleos stated.
