A new industrial development is underway in Acheson, Alberta, as Upfield Capital and Arrowleaf Real Estate break ground on a 61,050 square foot building. The facility will sit on eight acres adjacent to a Home Depot-leased distribution centre that the two companies purchased in 2025.

The building is designed for one or two tenants and features units starting at 26,400 square feet with access off 279 Street. It includes dock doors, grade doors, drive through bays, and knockouts for additional doors.

Precast construction will provide a 28' clear height, while the building will be ready for a 10-ton crane. Dedicated yard space with direct access to the building is also included, along with five percent office buildout.

Completion of the project is scheduled for March 2027.
