Nongshim Group Deploys Google Workspace-Based AI System Across Global Operations

Nongshim Group has completed the implementation of an artificial intelligence transformation (AX) system based on Google Workspace for its domestic and overseas affiliates. The project, carried out by MegazoneSoft, included migrating existing data to Google Drive and integrating legacy systems with GWS.

The AX system aims to improve productivity and facilitate collaboration across geographic and organizational boundaries through real-time communication and cloud-based document management. Nongshim Group migrated 26 million documents from its centralized document servers to Google Drive as part of the project.

MegazoneSoft, a Google Premier Partner, said that the architecture allows newly established or acquired entities to set up the same work environment as the rest of the group within 24 hours without separate infrastructure. The system also enables group companies to communicate and collaborate in the same work environment while maintaining data access and security through their own domain.

The implementation is expected to further innovate Nongshim Group's ways of working, enabling faster and more flexible communication and collaboration across its operations.
